Common Issues
Apple TV not found
- Make sure both devices are on the same WiFi network
- Check that your Apple TV is awake (not in sleep mode)
- On your Apple TV: Settings → Remotes and Devices → Remote App and Devices → make sure it's enabled
Pairing code not appearing
- Navigate to the Apple TV home screen before pairing
- Restart your Apple TV: Settings → System → Restart
- Make sure your Apple TV software is up to date
